* WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 70 mph expected.
Strongest winds will be along exposed ridgelines.

* WHERE...Wasatch Mountains I-80 North and western Uinta Mountains.

* WHEN...From noon to 9 PM MDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.  Gusty
winds may impact travel on Logan Summit.
